In our current era, we have so many ways we can use in entertaining ourselves and our guests,but was was entertainment like years back? How do you think our forefathers normally entertained themselves and their guest?

I am not sure. Maybe they entertain themselves by going out, taking care of household chores, and staying productive. They might also have been occupied with trading goods with others.
