Obviously nobody is absolutely perfect and my argument is that holy people are not perfect and might even be in some struggle to break terrible habits, but they are at least trying via God's help.
Yep. I fully agree with you too.
Now as for: the difference between holy and perfect....

tbh, I'm not really sure how these may differ aye. I mean, just coz in most cases I'd anticipate that any forthcoming answers would ultimately come down to subjectively possessed ideologies, ie: the individual's personal beliefs at any given moment.
Furthermore, and also additionally regarding the OP question as well,
"Why might some simply don't get it?":
My short opinion on that is, they would still be blinded to relevant & necessary insights, thus they 'don't get it', of course this being true of all matters in life for all individuals and is in every case owing due to as yet lacking experiential comprehension.

Thinking about it, ie: 'holy vs perfect', there is a commonality shared by both concepts-(*in a generalized sense)-which is that they are conceptually fictive.
As in, they are regarding imaginary impossibilities. Fantasies.
One thing I have learned is, if an individual/or group of individuals, exerts effort in overtly apparent ways specifically such to outwardly present their-self to others as if to be the definition of "holy", or "perfect", or "all knowing", or "enlightened", or an "expert", or the "greatest"-anything.....

they are either lying, or they are simply ignorant-of-ignorance.
And now, behold as the following may potentially seem hypocritical af...

...coz like all individuals who currently exist right now, and all individuals whom have ever existed throughout our entire history...we begin~and inevitably we end.
I'm not suggesting that as if I'm "all knowing", or whatever. No. I genuinely do not know, and this is merely my current opinion. Maybe I unexpectedly learn some new thing after posting this...and suddenly my opinion begins adapting to account for the new information...(?)
In which case the inevitable "future-me" who will eventually arise from within the "current-me", he would have to assume responsibility for the "current-me's" erroneous opinion and therefore come back to this "current-me's" post, at the earliest possible convenience in order correct the opinion of "current-me".
Omfg!...

Jfc! That's "current-extremely-stoned-me's" cartoonishly extraneous attempt at saying: 'I literally don't know sweet f_ck all about anything, and I reckon the same of all other individuals.'
Though, unless I'm mistaken, it seems abundantly clear that there simply is no two ways about one thing aye....
We live. We die.
So... anyways...

apparently I've completely forgotten what the hell we're talkin' about and I'm too lazy to scroll up, butt hopefully there's some degree of relevance+coherence to the above...and I'll conclude here, by opinionating: that at the end of the day, lol, a truth is that the day I cease learning new things~will be the day I cease existing.
