I don't know about Nepal, but here, you and your employer must pay a percentage of your earnings into your workplace pension scheme.

I think it is fine. I know a lot of older people that are working over 67. I don't think they want to stay home and do nothing.

This is exactly what happened with my old man. He never wanted to stay home for any reason whatsoever. He's over 74 years old but still kicks up his business everyday.

In my country only the people who work on the government sector are the only beneficiaries of the pension scheme.

Pension age is 66 here, but they plan to increase it.

I would be all for the pension age to be raised if I am honest as long as things such as each person's physical health were taken into account.

Whilst we may see many people who are in their 60s and possibly even 70s that are healthy and can still work as well as they have been, some people are not able to and that should be taken into account and checked properly to ensure they can continue with work without causing any further issues.
