I won't choose one of them when I'm actually doing both of them just fine. It's always very good to have more than one source of income.

Now this where the aspect of time management is coming in.
To be able to work both online and offline we must develop a robust way of a balance of our time in a way that we can allocate each activity it's time and have a self discipline character that would enable us to stick around with it without fail.

I myself work from home and I feel that is better for me and my family. The main two reasons for my working from home are:
1. To be there for my family as I am currently on my own living with my kids after getting out of a mentally abusive relationship
2. Due to health issues I now suffer from. I suffer from fibromyalgia and acute migraines and I also suffer from anxiety and depression. Working from home and online allows me to be able to earn an income and also work around my family and my health issues.

I work from home since 2020. The company allowed us to go on this set up because of the lockdowns that we encountered during the pandemic. It is better to work online jobs or at home because there are lots of benefits. We can save money - fare, clothes, and food.

Online jobs could be for some extra income from time to time because the increase in pay rate in classic jobs takes a lot of time while the increase in prices could be every day or every week. So you need to compensate for the difference while working online. Additionally, you could flexible time work in more than one company online while it is not the case for offline work.

I do a part time offline work alongside my full time online work and I have to say it is the best model. Offline work doesn't really pay that huge money but part time work does. If you can, throw in a business into the mix and you would be happy you did. I am for a hybrid mode of working which combines offline and online.
I have been working online since 2008, and there are advantages and disadvantages to doing so. I have no other choice but to work online because of health issues.

I agree with the pros and cons. My work is not totally online, it is an offline job but since the pandemic we were asked to work in the comfort of our homes. Working from home in this set up is not the same as those who have an actual online job their time is flexible. Us, we still follow our schedules created by the Workforce team.
