The rate of unemployment is also high in Canada, but I don't believe thats because people cant make investments. It's employers not willing to higher without prior experience.

Life is what you make it. I believe I could survive anywhere in the world, maybe not Alaska too cold. I don't know how one would end up in a place like Vegas by accident.
