As we grow older, our body tends to get weaker and we might start to experience various things like body pains, arthritis and so on. While this is considered as normal we can actually avoid it or at least control it to some extent. As we grow old, it would benefit us to involve ourselves with more physical activities such as walking, jogging and the likes.
My father is over 70, he can still walk 3 kilometers easily and can still carry 20 kg load easily. He is still in good shape not because he started becoming active as he grew older. he is in good shape because he has been practicing active lifestyle all his life.
As we age, our bodies naturally become weaker. That is why it is essential to adopt a healthier lifestyle by staying physically active, maintaining a balanced diet, and managing stress. Even just a few minutes of daily walking can work wonders for our overall health and well-being.
